Dr. Henry is the best at what he does!  I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis in 2001 and had been on medication ever since.  I went off my meds while trying to conceive, and shortly after I stopped them I got a severe flare up.  Before I met Dr. Henry, I was in a miserable state, with barely any mobility in my joints, had trouble sleeping and lost my appetite, due to the consistent pain, and eventually had the need to use crutches to get around.

Thanks’ to Dr. Henry’s passion and commitment to his Chiropractic profession and patients; I have recuperated the mobility in my joints, experience less pain, and to my amazement chiropractic adjustments have also helped me with other medical conditions like hemorrhoids and intestinal issues.  Dr. Henry has given me back my health to focus on the life I had before the flare up, but better this time, without medication. Thank you Dr. Henry, and thank God for Chiropractic.

Hello, my name is David & I’m a massage therapist at Atlas Chiropractic.

I’ve been having great results with patients at Atlas recently!
After three one-hour massages with me and a chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Henry, a patient who had sciatica along with nerve pain up her left side from her foot to her shoulder said that she felt no pain! After her fourth massage, she reported the only symptom she felt was a slight tingling in her left hip. Another patient came to me with nerve pain from her neck to her elbow, limited range of motion in her neck, pain in her ribs & chronically forward-rotated shoulders; she was pain-free & felt balanced after a one-hour massage! I’m so excited that they are feeling much better so quickly & I’m glad that they can enjoy the holidays, pain-free.
Happy holidays & a happy new year to you & yours!

In today’s age of health and fitness, more and more kids are involved in sporting activities. Although being part of a football, soccer or Little League team is an important rite of passage for many children, parents and their children could be overlooking the importance of proper nutrition and body-conditioning needed for preventing injuries on and off the playing field.

“The majority, if not all, sports are good, provided that the child prepares appropriately,” says Dr. Timothy Ray, a member of the American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness. “Without proper preparation, playing any sport can turn into a bad experience. There are structural and physical developmental issues that need to be taken into consideration before children undertake certain sports.”

Welcome to Atlas Chiropractic! My name is Monica and I am the Marketing Manager for Atlas. For my first blog post I want to convey how much chiropractic care has changed my daily life for the better, both physically and mentally. I noticed it wholeheartedly for the first time this past weekend when I went on a camping trip.

Since I’ve been getting routine chiropractic adjustments, I’ve had more energy overall and have even noticed a change in brain functionality. How does this trip relate to chiropractic? Well, let me tell you! I haven’t hiked in ages, about 6 years. Going into this trip I didn’t think that we were going to do any hardcore hikes. I’m used to more woodsy strolls, nothing too strenuous. The hike that we took turned out to be 8 miles with 3 of them being uphill with numerous switchbacks! At one point my friend(who hikes quite frequently) said that it was between a moderate and hard hike. Without chiropractic adjustments, I honestly don’t think I would have been able to do this hike. I would have gotten tired, livid and would have turned around and gone back to the campsite. Instead I powered through with barely any pain, and most of it was actually really fun! At one point we went through a cave in complete darkness, climbing over rocks and having to rely on my strength to pull through! Check out some of the pics from the cave:
